Thank you for supporting our workshop!
All items sold on our website are 3D-printed and manufactured to order in our studio. We do not carry pre-made inventory or warehouse stock. Each piece is created individually after your order is placed.
Because of this, our process includes both production time and shipping time.
Production Time
Standard production time: 5–7 business days
This is the time required to:

Prepare and slice the 3D model

Print the item (many prints take 8–30+ hours each)

Remove supports and post-process

Inspect quality
-
Carefully package your order
Every item is produced specifically for you, which allows us to maintain quality and reduce waste.
Important
Production time begins after payment is confirmed.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Selecting faster shipping does not speed up the manufacturing process.
During high demand periods, production may take slightly longer. If delays occur, we will notify you.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized products may require additional production time depending on:

If we need to confirm design details or personalization, production will begin only after approval is received.

Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to:

Shipping Delays
Once your package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may ship together once all items are completed.
We typically do not partially ship orders unless arranged in advance.

If you need an item for a gift, event, or deadline, please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know if we can accommodate your timeline.
Returns & Refund Policy
At WeCraft Handmade Art Inc., all items are manufactured individually using 3D printing after an order is placed. Because our products are custom-produced and not resold inventory, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Made-to-Order Products
All products are made to order.
Once production has begun, the item has been specifically manufactured for you and cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason:

Minor cosmetic differences typical of 3D printing
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
3D Printing Characteristics (Important)
3D-printed products are manufactured layer by layer. As a result, slight variations are normal and are not considered defects.
These may include:

Visible layer lines
-
Minor surface texture differences
-
Small imperfections
-
Slight color variation between batches
These characteristics are inherent to the 3D printing process and are part of the handmade/custom manufacturing nature of the product.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Because production usually starts quickly, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after ordering.
If manufacturing has already started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our work.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the packaging
After review, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement of the item

Repair
-
Partial or full refund (if replacement is not possible)
We may require the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Orders
If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
Customer Errors
We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

Improper installation

Normal wear and tear

Damage after delivery
Replacement items may be offered at a discounted rate.
Lost Packages
Once an order is shipped, it is in the possession of the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:

Contact the carrier directly
We will assist you with filing a carrier claim, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs (if a return is approved) are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours or the item arrived damaged.
